The wand of chaos is a modified version of the Wand of Wonder that casts a much larger variety of effects. I have written a software that manages the casting of these effects, but it is not built for public consumption. Essentially, there are many effects, categorized as positive, negative, and neutral. The player rolls for positive, negative, or random. The player gets equal chance of casting an effect of the category rolled.
