Oar’s Rest

Oar's Rest is a coastal city, the capital city of the kingdom of Beilnun. It is the seat of the kingdom's impressive navy, as well as a trading hub. One of the least wealthy kingdoms in Ebber, Beilnun is known for their naval strength and fishing prowess. Though not the official ruler of the kingdom, the ancient green dragon Zassephi has manipulated her way into the kingdom's affairs. Shines dedicated to the dragon can be seen throughout the kingdom, the most elaborate of which are here in the capital city. Zassephi demands tribute in return for "guidance" and "protection."
